along with Counsel Sh. Harsh Pandya.
A-5 M/s Shamken Cotsyn Ltd. is represented by a
Liquidator, who is not present. Counsel Sh.

PWs Ms. Tushti Barua and Sh. Yugeen Ratna have
failed to appear despite service of summons.
Counsel Sh. Jishnu Bhardwaj has appeared on behalf
of Citi Bank and submits that Ms. Tushti Barua is no longer
employed with the Bank and he is not aware about her present
address.
Manager, Citi Bank, 124, Jeevan Bharti Building,
Connaught Circus, New Delhi is directed to furnish permanent
address of PW Ms. Tushti Barua as available in the bank’s
record. In the meantime, Manager is also directed to depute some
other official in place of PW Ms. Tushti Barua, who is in a
