Perused. In view of the reasons given, A-4 Parvin
Juneja is exempted from personal appearance through his Counsel
for today only subject to the condition that they shall not dispute
their identities or authenticity of the proceedings recorded in their
absence.
PW-32 Sh. Umed Kumar and PW-33 Sudhir Kumar
Sinha are examined in chief, cross-examined and discharged.
No other witness is summoned for today.
