A7 M.K. Jain has already been discharged vide
order dated 14.09.2016.
A2 Sumit Chaturvedi and A6 Sanjay Chaturvedi
on bail are present.
A3 Amit Chaturvedi and A4 Parvin Juneja on
bail absent.

Separate applications seeking exemption from
personal appearance are moved on behalf of A3 Amit
Chaturvedi and A4 Parvin Juneja. Perused. In view of the
reasons given, A3 Amit Chaturvedi and A4 Parvin Juneja
are exempted from personal appearance through their
respective Counsels for today only subject to the condition that

they shall not dispute their identities or authenticity of the
proceedings recorded in their absence.
PW14 Sh. Jagdish Salwan is present, however,
perusal of record reflects that he has already been examined in
this case on 13.02.2024. Hence, he is discharged.
PW Nilamdhab Mishra is not present despite service
of summon through WhatsApp. As per report, he is out of
station.
PW Smt. Lucky Gandhi @ Lucky Dhingra and PW
Jaspreet Kaur are present in the Court today with Ld. Counsel for
Citi Bank, however, no summons were issued to them for today.
Perusal of record reflects that on 16.01.2024 and 13.02.2024,
summons were issued to PW Jaspreet Kaur and PW Smt. Lucky
Gandhi @ Lucky Dhingra respectively but they could not be
served for want of their fresh addresses and Ld. Counsel
appearing for Citi Bank submitted that he would file their fresh
addresses. However, aforesaid two witnesses have appeared
today in the Court with Ld. Counsel for Citi Bank. The witness
have already been summoned, as mentioned above, hence, Smt.
Lucky Gandhi @ Lucky Dhingra has been examined as PW 22
and Ms. Jaspreet Kaur has been examined as PW 23. They are

crossexamined and discharged. Photocopies of identity proof of
PW 22 and PW 23 are taken on record.
No other witness is present or summoned for today.
Put up for remaining PE on 25.04.2024.
Five / six witnesses be summoned for the adjourned
date. Ld. PP for CBI to furnish the names of witnesses required
to be summoned. Accused / Counsel may take note of the same
from Ahlmad/ Prosecution.
