Perused. In view of the reasons given, A2 Sumit Chaturvedi,
A3 Amit Chaturvedi and A4 Parvin Juneja are exempted
from personal appearance through their respective counsel

for today only subject to the condition that they shall not dispute
their identities or authenticity of the proceedings recorded in their
absence.

Kurichh examined cross examined and discharged.
No other witness is present for today. Summons
issued to PW Jaspreet Kaur received back unserved.
Sh. Jishnu Bhardwaj, Ld. Counsel for Citi Bank
present and submitted that PW Jaspreet Kaur has already left Citi
Bank and he needs time to trace her present address. He has also
filed memo of appearance on behalf of Citi Bank. Same is taken
on record.
Put up for remaining PE on 13.02.2024.
Five/eight witnesses be summoned for the adjourned
date. Ld. PP for CBI to furnish the names of witnesses required
to be summoned. Accused/ counsel may take note of the same
