Perused. In view of the reasons given, A2 Sumit Chaturvedi,
A3 Amit Chaturvedi and A4 Parvin Juneja are exempted
from personal appearance through their respective counsel

for today only subject to the condition that they shall not dispute
their identities or authenticity of the proceedings recorded in their
absence.
PW12 Sh. Jai Kishan, PW13 Mohd. Imran are
examined, crossexamined and discharged.
PW14 Sh. Jagdish Salwan is examined. His cross
examination is deferred at the request of Ld. Counsel for
accused, as it is already 03:00 pm. PW14 is discharged for today
and bound down for the adjourned date.
PW Ms. Poonam Guglani was also summoned for
today. However, Ld. Counsel for Citi Bank submits that she has
left the services of Citi Bank and her present whereabouts are not
known.
No other witness is present or summoned for today.
Put up for remaining PE on 16.01.2024.
Two/ three witnesses be summoned for the
adjourned date. Ld. PP for CBI to furnish the names of witnesses
required to be summoned. Accused/ counsel may take note of the
same from Ahlmad/ Prosecution.
