Separate applications seeking exemption from
personal appearance are moved on behalf of A-3 Amit Chaturvedi
and A-4 Parvin Juneja. Perused. In view of the reasons given, A-3
Amit Chaturvedi and A-4 Parvin Juneja are exempted from
personal appearance through their respective counsel for today
only subject to the condition that they shall not dispute their
identities or authenticity of the proceedings recorded in their
absence.

PW-18 Sh. S.S. Sharma is partly examined and
discharged for today. His further examination-in-chief is deferred as
it is already 01:25 pm and case titled CBI Vs. H.B. Chaturvedi is
listed for orders on charge after lunch. Further, another case titled
CBI Vs. M/s Darsh Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is also listed for
arguments.
PW Sh. Kamal Kishore C. Jani was also summoned
for today. However, he has sent a request for exemption on the
ground of his ill health.
Put up for remaining PE on 03.08.2023.
An application seeking permission to travel abroad
w.e.f. 26.08.2023 to 19.09.2023 is moved on behalf of A-4 Parvin
Juneja.
CBI has filed reply to the said application. Copy
supplied. Ld. Counsel for applicant/ A-4 Parvin Juneja seeks
adjournment to file rejoinder to reply filed by CBI.
Put up for filing of rejoinder/ consideration on
application on 20.07.2023.
Two/ three witnesses be summoned for the adjourned
date. Ld. PP for CBI to furnish the names of witnesses required to
be summoned. Accused/ counsel may take note of the same from
Ahlmad/ Prosecution.
