appearance is moved on behalf of accused A-3 Amit Chaturvedi
Perused. In view of the reasons given, A-3 Amit Chaturvedi is
exempted from personal appearance through his counsel for
today only subject to the condition that he shall not dispute his
identity or authenticity of the proceedings recorded in his
absence.
