Separate application on behalf of A-1, A-3 and A-4 have been moved
seeking their exemptions from personal appearances. The same are taken on record.
For the reasons so stated in the applications, the applications are allowed and A-1, A-
3 and A-4 are exempted from personal appearance for today only.

PW Tapos Chakrobory who is present in the court today, is discharged
unexamined as regular PP for the CBI is on leave today.

Two-three witnesses be summoned for the next date of hearing. Ld. PP for
CBI to furnish the names of the witnesses required to be summoned. Accused/
