Four separate applications seeking exemptions of A1, A3,
A4 and A6 from personal appearance have been moved. The
application of A1 is accompanied with copy of documents. The same
are taken on record.
For the reasons so stated in the applications, the
applications is allowed and A1, A3, A4 and A6 are exempted from
personal appearance for today only.
Today the matter is listed for PE. Prosecution witness Sh.
Taposh Chakravorty is present. He is partly examined as PW1. His
further examinationinchief is deferred as no time left today however,
he is bound down for the next date of hearing.
No other PW is present.
Put up this matter for PE, on 23.11.2022. At least two/three

witnesses be summoned for the next date of hearing. Ld. Public
Prosecutor for the CBI shall furnish the names of the witnesses required
to be summoned. Accused persons/their counsels may take note of the
same from the Ld. PP for the CBI/Ahlmad.
