Two applications seeking exemptions of A1 and A3 from
personal appearance along with copy of documents have been moved.
The same are taken on record.
For the reasons so stated in the applications, the
applications are allowed and A1 and A3 are exempted from personal
appearance for today only.
Ld. Counsels for A2 and A6 submit that he has moved
applications on behalf of A2 and A6 for release of the FDRs which
are pending adjudication.
Today the matter is listed for orders on the point of charge.
Vide separate order announced in the open court today,
order on the point of charge against the accused persons is passed.

Put up this matter for framing of charge against the accused
persons and for consideration of the aforesaid applications moved on
behalf of A2 and A6, on 27.09.2022.
