Vide my separate order of even date, charges have been
ordered to be framed against both the accused persons as follows.
Against both accused charges for offences U/s 120B of
IPC as well as Sec. 7, Sec. 8, Sec. 13(1)(d) r/w Sec. 13(2) of POC
Act, 1988 are ordered to be framed.
In addition to the said charges, against A1 Zaikuddin,
additionally charge U/s 12 of POC Act, 1988 is also ordered to be
framed.
Charges framed separately.
Both the accused persons pleads not guilty and claims
trial.
Put up for PE on 23.11.2022 and 25.11.2022.
For 23.11.2022, issue summons to complainant Quari
Nemtullah, SI K. L. Meena and HC Surender mentioned at Sr. No.1,
11 & 17 in the list of witnesses.
