Bail bond verification report of accused Sanjeev Kumar
Yadav received. Bail bond is accepted.
At this stage, a bail application is moved on behalf of the
applicant/accused Kedar Nath Roy.
Ld. counsel for accused submits that the applicant/accused
was not arrested during the course of investigation and he is ready to
abide by all the conditions whatever would be imposed by the court.
Ld. Chief P.P. for the State submits that the accused/
applicant has not been arrested during the course of investigation and
charge-sheet has been filed without arrest.
Keeping in view the fact that the charge-sheet has been
filed without arrest, the accused/applicant Kedar Nath Roy is admitted to
bail on furnishing bail bond and surety bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-
with one surety of the like amount subject to the following conditions:
(i) That during the period of bail, the accused/applicant
shall not try to contact or influence, directly or indirectly,
any of the witnesses of the present case;

(ii) that the accused/applicant shall not misuse the benefit
of bail by indulging in commission of similar offences in
future;
(iii) that the accused/applicant shall not leave the country
without prior permission of the court;
(iv) that the accused/applicant shall appear before the Ld.
Trial Court on each and every date;
(v) that the accused/applicant shall intimate the court in
case of change of his address.
The bail application accordingly stands disposed off.
Bail bond furnished. Let bail bond verification report be
called from the SHO concerned for 14.08.2024.
Copy of charge-sheet alongwith documents and CDs
supplied to accused Kedar Nath Roy. Copy of audio recording CD is
also supplied to accused Sanjeev Kumar Yadav.
Today an application u/s 227 Cr.P.C. moved on behalf of
the applicant/accused Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, seeking his discharge in
this case is also pending consideration.
Let notice of this application be issued afresh to the IO
concerned with direction to appear in person on the next date of hearing.
At request, list the case for scrutiny of documents and
arguments on charge as well as on the application of accused Sanjeev
Kumar Yadav on 14.08.2024.
