The present matter is already listed for remaining PE
on 26.09.2026. However, I have been nominated to attend ‘Core
Competence Conference for Knowledge, Skill and Perspective
Development for Special Judges (PC Act) (Full Strength), to be
held on 26.09.2026 at Delhi Judicial Academy, vide above
referred written communication as received from Delhi Judicial
Academy.
In view of above, the next date of 26.09.2026 is
hereby cancelled. PWs summoned for said date, be informed
about cancellation of the date through Naib Court/IO concerned.
The present matter is directed to be listed for
remaining PE on 05.12.2026 & 08.12.2026.
PW-1 Sh. Raju Kashyap and PW-2 Sh. Gaurav
Sharma be summoned for both the aforesaid dates.
MHC(M) with complete case property be also called
for both the said dates.

On request of Ld. PP for State, IO namely Insp.
Yashwant Singh be called through notice for his assistance for
both the said dates. He be also directed to make necessary
arrangement for battery and mobile phone Ex.PW1/Article-2, as
also of laptop/CD player in terms of order dated 13.01.2026, for
both the said dates.
Dates are given as per convenience of Ld. Counsels
for accused persons.
