PW-9 Sh. Balveer Kumar Meena and PW-10 Sh.
Naresh Kumar examined in chief, cross-examined and
discharged.
PW Sh. Vikas Kumar is absent despite service.
However, his written request seeking exemption from personal
appearance has been received on whatsapp through Naib Court,
stating therein that he is no longer employed with FSL, Rohini,
Delhi and presently he is working as Assistant Director (Cyber),
State FSL, Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is further stated therein that he
was already bound down by some other Hon’ble Court for today
i.e. 13.07.2026 therefore, he is not in a position to appear before
this Court today. For the reasons stated therein, he is personally
exempted for today.
Insp. Yashwant Singh is present but discharged
unexamined being IO of the case. He is bound down for next date
of hearing.
Put up on 14.09.2026 & 26.09.2026 for remaining
PE.

Sharma be summoned for both the said dates.

dated 13.01.2026, for both the said dates.
