PW Sh. Naresh Kumar, the then Chief Secretary,
DOV is not present today despite the fact that matter has been
taken up several times since morning.
Summons issued to him has been received back with
report that he has retired from services and the summons have
been served through Sh. Gyan Chand, Security Guard found at
the given address.
The present case was also fixed for 02.03.2026,
however, the same could not be taken up on 02.03.2026, since
02.03.2026 was declared Holiday, vide Notification No. 64/G-
4/Genl.-I/DHC dated 27.02.2026 of Hon’ble Delhi High Court. In
view of the aforesaid Notification, the present case which was
listed for 02.03.2026, is also fixed for 14.03.2026.
Since no witness has been summoned for
14.03.2026, the date of 14.03.2026 is hereby cancelled with joint
consent of both the sides.

Put up on 16.05.2026 and 18.05.2026 for remaining
PE.
PW-1 Sh. Raju Kashyap and PW-2 Sh. Gaurav
Sharma be summoned for 16.05.2026 and 18.05.2026.
MHC(M) with complete case property and IO/Insp.
Yashwant Singh be also called for both the said dates.
IO/Insp. Yashwant Singh is also directed to make
necessary arrangement for battery and mobile phone
Ex.PW1/Article-2, as also of laptop/CD Player in terms of order
dated 13.01.2026, for both the said dates.
