IO filed a report submitting therein in compliance to
order dated 14.08.2024 he has sent letters to Director of FSL seeking
clarification as to whether Exhibit-MP1 and compact disc Mark CD-A
contain only audio files or audio and video files, however, reply of
FSL is awaited. It is further submitted that the aforesaid CD contains
only audio file and the complainant neither submitted any video file
nor claimed at any point of time that he had ever submitted video
file/CD to ACB. It is thus submitted that the questioned CD Exhibit-
MP1 contains only audio file.
Ld. Chief P.P. for the State submitted that in view of
report of IO, it is clear that the questioned CD Exhibit-MP1 contains
only audio file and not audio-video file and as such further
clarification from FSL expert in this respect is not required.
Written submission on the point of charge filed on
behalf of accused Kedar Nath.
Today an application u/s 227 Cr.P.C. moved on behalf
of accused Sanjeev Kumar Yadav seeking is discharge is also pending
consideration.

application of accused Sanjeev Kumar Yadav and arguments on
charge on 07.12.2024.
