PW-6 ASI Parvinder Kumar examined in chief, cross-
examined and discharged.
PW-1 Sh. Raju Kashyap further partly examined in
chief. His further examination in chief deferred at the request of
Ld. Chief PP for State for want of battery/mobile charger of
mobile phone Ex.PW1/Article-2, as also for the reason that the
audio recording file could not be seen in the CD, when played with
the help of external device/CD player.
Ld. Chief PP for State, therefore, seeks direction to
the IO for arranging the battery as well as charger of the aforesaid
mobile phone, so that it may be charged and can be played during
the testimony of this witness on the next date. He also seeks
direction to the IO for arranging laptop/CD player having requisite
compatibility, so that the aforesaid CD can also be played during
the testimony of this witness.
In view of above, IO/Insp. Yashwant Singh is hereby
directed to make necessary arrangement for battery and charger of
mobile phone Ex.PW1/Article-2, as also of laptop/CD player, on
the next date to be fixed after 14.01.2026. He is discharged
unexamined being IO of the case.

PW HC Jitender has sent written request for today on
the ground that due to his official duty in connection with Republic
Day arrangement, he is not in a position to appear before the Court
today. For the reasons stated therein, he is personally exempted for
today.
Put up on the date already fixed
i.e. 14.01.2026 for
remaining PE.
