Accused Vijay Kumar Jha is present with Ld. Counsel Dr. Naipal
Singh.
Accused Sudesh Kumar is not present.
An application for exemption is filed on behalf of the accused
Dr.Sudesh Kumar on the ground of medical illness and same is allowed for today
only.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he will not advance
arguments today in the absence of accused no.2 Dr. Sudesh Kumar, however,
same is not a sufficient ground for adjournment. Even, if the accused is on
medical rest, the counsel can very well argue the matter.
One more last and final opportunity is granted to the accused
persons to advance arguments on charge on the next date of hearing. It is
clarified to the accused persons that the matter shall not be adjourned on the
next date of hearing.
Now, to come up for arguments on charge on 14.01.2022.
The date 14.01.2022 is given at the request of the counsel for
accused persons as he is only available on 14.01.2022 and not on any other
date.
