The Ld. Advocate for the complainant is reported to be hospitalized on account of dengue. The proxy Advocate for the complainant has filed an application, seeking directions/order from this Court. Alongwith the application, the proxy Advocate for the complainant has filed documents, reflecting (a) that vide letter dated 06.04.2023, the complainant had approached various authorities, including the Commissioner of Police, Delhi, for grant of requisite sanction against the respondents no.3 to 5 in the instant application under Section 156(3) of CrPC, 1973; (b) that vide letter dated 12.06.2023, the Home Department of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi, had responded to the letter dated 06.04.2023 of the complainant, seeking further information from the complainant; (c) that vide letter dated 26.06.2023, the complainant had replied to the letter dated 12.06.2023 of the Home Department of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi and (d) that since then, there has not been any progress in the matter. In order to understand the net effect of the aforesaid letters, from the vantage point of the order passed by this Court, on 15.04.2023, the assistance of the Ld. Advocate for the complainant is required. List for appearance of the Ld. Advocate for the complainant, on 15.12.2023.
