Request is opposed by CBI stating that witness has come from Bangalore. In the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned for entire cross-examination of PW-44 on 13.07.2026 at 10.00 a.m., for which date PW-44 is bound down. It is made clear to accused that no further opportunity for cross-examination of PW-44 shall be granted after this date.
