A-2 is present on bail. .

the accused.
An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance has been moved on behalf of A-1 on the ground that
he has suffered paralytic attack and on account of his medical
condition, he is unable to appear in the court today. Heard. For
the reasons mentioned in the application, A-1 is exempted from
personal appearance for today.
An application filed by CBI under the signature of
IO Inspt. Bahadur Singh seeking permission to file on record
CFSL report along with copies of exhibits (Q-1, S-1 to S-4) in
the yellow colour envelope sealed with CFSL seal contained in
CD along with additional list of witnesses and additional list of
documents. Heard. Allowed.

particular of the case No. CFSL/DELHI/PHY/24, RC-05/A/2022
containing the above said copies of exhibits is cut open and 5
copies thereof are taken and copies thereof provided to Ld.
counsel for accused, PP for CBI and the IO and rest are kept on
the record.
Ld. counsel for the accused has no objection if the

examination in chief of the witness present in the court today is
recorded in the absence of accused Rajnesh Singh Bisht.
PW-27 Avijit Pal is present, examined-in-chief,
cross-examined on behalf of A-2, however cross-examination on
behalf of A-1 is deferred for NDOH at the request of Ld. counsel
for A-1 on the ground that A-1 has suffered a paralytic attack and
today he is not in a position to cross-examine the witness in the
absence of specific instructions from his client.
LW 1 Ashish Sharma is not present. He has sent
written request for exemption for two weeks time on the ground
that he is retained as presiding officer in Petty Security Force
Court Trial which is under progress.
PW-27, LW-2 Anil Kumar and LW-36 Arun Shukla
be summoned for the next date of hearing.
MHCM and Asstt. Programmer from system
division be also summoned with the case property.
