Examination-in-chief of PW-44 Assistant Commandant Bahadur Singh is recorded and he is tendered for cross-examination, however a request for adjournment is made by the associate counsel stating that main counsel Mr. Manish Chauhan is out of station due to bereavement in his family and a request for short date is made. Request is opposed by CBI stating that witness has come from Bangalore. In the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned for entire cross-examination of PW-44 on 13.07.2026 at 10.00 a.m., for which date PW-44 is bound down. It is made clear to accused that no further opportunity for cross-examination of PW-44 shall be granted after this date. MHC(M) with case property and official from System Division be also summoned for next date of hearing.
