Ld. Adl. PP for the State submits that witness mentioned at serial
no. 27 i.e. SI Bal Kishan is a witness regarding preparation of consent memo
dated 29.03.2009 which has already been proved by other witnesses and as such
he wants to drop the said witness. Separate statement of Ld. Addl. PP for the
State is recorded to this effect. At request of Ld. Addl. PP, witness mentioned at
serial no. 27 i.e. SI Bal Kishan is dropped from the list of prosecution witnesses.
Put up for remaining PE on 21.09.2022 and 23.09.2022.
Let witnesses mentioned at serial no. 4, Insp. Rajesh Kumar and 14,
Sh. Ashish Kundra in the list of prosecution witnesses be summoned for
21.09.2022 and witnesses mentioned at serial no. 28, 29 and 31 to 34 in the list of
prosecution witnesses be summoned for 23.09.2022
