MHC(M) HC Jagparvesh is present with case property.
PW-3 Sh. Karnail Singh is present, duly cross examined and discharged.
PW-4 Sh. Ajit Singh, Alternate Nodal Officer, Vodaphone Idea Ltd. is also
present, examined, duly cross examined and discharged.
Summons issued to witness Sh. M.A. Usmani received back with report
that he has expired on 28.04.2020, his death certificate is annexed with the report.
Statement of son of witness namely Dr. Waqar Ahmed Fahad also annexed with the death
certificate of witness.
The accused no.1 Rakesh Vaid admits his transfer order. Accused no.2
Sanjay does not dispute the genuineness of the said transfer order. Separate statement of
both the accused persons recorded to this effect.
In view of admission of transfer order of Rakesh Vaid and factum of death
of witness Sh. M.A. Usmani, witness stands dropped.
Now, to come up for remaining PE on dates already fixed i.e. 09.05.2022
and 10.05.2022.
Complainant Jitender be summoned for 09.05.2022 alongwith witensses
already summoned. MHC(M) be summoned alongwith case property on dates fixed.
