Ct. Ashok from PS Civil Lines, MHC(M) is present with case
property.
Ct. Ashok from PS Civil Lines, MHC(M) has produced the case
property i.e. one yellow colour sealed envelope duly sealed with five seals of Dr.
C.P. Singh, FSL Rohini and having particulars FSL-2012/P-2226/Phy83, Parcl-1
– Exhibit 1 + OPC and particulars of present FIR. The seals are broken and
envelope is opened and found containing one moserbaer CD in a plastic CD
case. On the CD there is marking of “CD-I”, Sting Operation Burari and Exhibit–1
alongwith FSL No.2009/P-2962/Phy 180/09, FIR No.9/09 and FSL-2012/P-
2226/Phy 83 with black ink. One opened yellow colour envelope having FSL
No.2009/P-2962/Phy-180/09, Memo No.-3939/SKS/ACB/GBCT dt. 27-07-2009
Parcel :- Exh-CD:-1+OPC and one opened white cloth pullanda having
particulars of CD-I and particulars of present FIR is found.
The CD is played on the Dell laptop brought by IO. There are 13
files available in the CD. Relevant Audio-Video recordings in the CD perused.
I have heard Ld. Addl. PP for the State and carefully perused all
the materials available on record.
I, therefore, take cognizance for offence punishable U/s 7/8/13 of
Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 r/w Section 120-B IPC against both the
accused persons. Hence, both the accused persons Rakesh Vaid and Sanjay
Kumar be summoned for 07.10.2021.
