IO/ACP Pankaj Arora is not present. He has sent written request for grant of exemption from personal appearance on the ground that he has to attend three bail matters listed before Ld. Judge, Fast Track Court, South-East District, Saket Courts, Delhi, in case FIR No. 44/26 of PS Pul Prahladpur, which has been transferred to Crime Branch by the order of Hon’ble Delhi High Court and whose investigation is also being presently monitored by Hon’ble Delhi High Court. For the reasons stated therein, he is personally exempted for today. However, he is directed through Insp. Dilip Kumar to remain present before the Court on the next date. Status report under the signature of IO/ACP Pankaj Arora filed, stating therein that out of remaining 10 cases pending investigation, FSL results in four cases have been received and as per written communication dated 17.04.2026, copy of which is also annexed with the status report, FSL results in remaining six cases, are likely to be ready by 31.05.2026, whereafter, Sanction for prosecution shall be sought from the Competent Authority in those cases.
