Dr. Venkatesh Mishra, Sr. Scientific Assistant, FSL,
Rohini, Delhi, is also present.
Heard. Perused.
Ld. Counsels of accused seek and are granted time
to move appropriate bail application in this matter.
Let copy of chargesheet including e-challan and the
material filed therewith, be supplied to the accused against
proper receipt.
IO has filed status report under his own signature,
stating therein that for want of FSL reports, chargesheets/final
reports in six other matters, are yet to be filed. It is further stated
therein that as per intimation received, vide letter dated
17.07.2026 from FSL Authority, FSL results in said six remaining
cases shall be finalized by 14.08.2026.
Dr. Venkatesh Mishra, who is present on behalf of
Director, FSL, Rohini, Delhi, has assured the Court that FSL
results in all the said six other cases shall be provided to the
Investigating Agency by 14.08.2026. Considering the said
submissions made, he is discharged.

On instructions from IO, Ld. PP for State seeks and
is granted six weeks’ time to file the chargesheets/final reports, as
the case may be, in the remaining six other matters.
Put up on 05.09.2026 for moving bail application by
accused and scrutiny of documents and for passing appropriate
directions qua six other remaining matters, if so required.
On request of Ld. PP for State, IO namely ACP
Pankaj Arora is bound down for next date, for his assistance.
