is received from Bail and Filing Section, RACC, New Delhi, as filed
on behalf of applicant Gaurav Chadha by his Ld. Counsel and same is
put up before undersigned in terms of Order No. Link Roaster/Spl.
Judges/RACC/Gaz./2023/23616C-23696C Dated 21.12.2023 passed
by Ld. Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (PC
Act) CBI, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi, whereby
undersigned is 2nd Link Judge to the Court of Ld. Special Judge (PC
Act) ACB-01, RADC, New Delhi and 1st Link Judge is stated to be on
post lunch leave today.

ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 438 CR. PC DATED
14.03.2024 IN CONNECTION WITH ANTI CORRUPTION
BRANCH POLICE STATION REGISTERED AS FIR NO.
01/2024 U/S 7A OF THE PC ACT R/W 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B
AND 34 OF IPC AND SECTION 18 OF THE DRUGS AND
COSMETICS ACT.
This is a fresh application u/s 438 Cr. PC for grant of bail
in the event of arrest in FIR No. 01/2024 u/s 7A of PC Act r/w Section
420,467,468,471,120-B and 34 IPC and Section 18 of the Drugs and
Cosmetic Act.
Copy supplied to Ld. APP for ACB.
A perusal of the application shows that the applicant has
received a notice u/s 91/160 Cr. PC.

The Ld. APP for ACB has pointed out that the copy of the
notice is not enclosed with this application.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits that a copy of the
same will be filed during the course of the day and will be provided to
the Ld. APP for ACB in advance.
Ld. APP for ACB submitted that he has to take
instructions from the IO in this case and the IO ACP Sh. Jarnail Singh
is busy before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi today and requested to
keep the matter tomorrow i.e. 16.03.2024 at 02.00 pm. He further
submitted that from the notice received by the applicant it appears that
there is no apprehension of arrest.
Ld. APP for ACB requested for issuance of notice to the
IO for tomorrow.
Notice be issued to the IO to appear for the next date of
hearing.
