Present: Sh. Praneet Sharma, Ld. Sr. PP for CBI.

First application was moved by ASI Janamraj
(applicant) on 14.03.2023 seeking release of case property to the
applicant in the matter CBI vs Bal Krishan & Ors., RC No. 4 (S)
2003/CBI/SCR-I/N Delhi u/s. 302/364/120B IPC. It has been
stated therein that the matter has been decided by the court on
07.09.2019. Since the application lacked material particulars, an
opportunity was granted to ASI Janamraj to file supplementary
application and furnish all the details and circumstances.
Thereafter, at the subsequent stage, another
application has been moved on 26.05.2023. In this application, it
is stated that the case has been decided by High Court on
14.08.2019. Again the release of case property which is Arms
and Ammunition as per seizure memo is sought to be released.
Today none is present to pursue the application. On
perusal of the application, it is not clear as to for what purpose
and under which provision the case property is sought to be
released. Even now the application is devoid of material
particulars and does not detail any reasons as to why and in what
capacity the case property is sought to be released on behalf of
