2) on bail, are present.

IO/Insp. Rajesh Kumar Sah is also present.
PW-24 Sh. Rakesh Saini examined in chief, cross-
examined and discharged.
PW HC Ishwar Singh is absent despite service of
summons. However, his written request alongwith copy of medical
prescription slip dated 05.1.2026, seeking exemption has been
received stating therein that he is suffering from severe pain in legs
and therefore, he is unable to appear in the Court today. For the
reasons stated therein, the said witness is personally exempted for
today.
Ld. Chief PP for State wants to drop aforesaid witness
namely HC Ishwar Singh on the ground that documents related to
him have already been exhibited by PW-9 ASI Suresh Kumar and
PW-12 ASI Ram Kumar, during trial.
Separate statement of Ld. Chief PP for State in this
regard has been recorded. In view of the aforesaid statement of Ld.
Chief PP for State, witness namely HC Ishwar Singh is dropped
from the list of prosecution witnesses.
PW Sh. Ashok Sherawat is absent despite service of
summons and despite repeated calls since morning. It is already

01:00 pm now. Hence, issue B/W in the sum of Rs.5,000/- against
him at all available addresses through IO/Insp. Rajesh Kumar Sah,
returnable for next date
IO/Insp. Rajesh Kumar Sah is discharged unexamined
being IO of the case.
Put up on 03.03.2026 & 06.03.2026 for remaining PE.
Bailable warrants of Sh. Ashok Sherawat be issued for
03.03.2026. Witness mentioned at serial no. 32 in the list of
prosecution witnesses be also summoned for said date.
Witness mentioned at serial no. 31 in the list of
prosecution witnesses be summoned for 06.03.2026.
Complete case property be also summoned through
MHC(M) for both the said dates.
Dates are given as per convenience of Ld. Counsels
for accused persons.
