PW-19 Dr. C.P. Singh examined in chief, his cross-
examination on behalf of accused persons deferred at their request
as their counsels are not available today. He be summoned again
for next date of hearing.
PW Sh. Jitender Prashad Sharma is present.
However, Ld. Chief PP for State submits that PW Sh. Jitender
Prashad Sharma is a witness of repetitive facts as PW-11 SI
Manish has already been examined, therefore, he requests that
PW Sh. Jitender Prashad Sharma may be dropped from the list of
prosecution witnesses.
Heard. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, PW Sh.
Jitender Prashad Sharma is dropped from the list of witnesses. His
name be deleted from the list of prosecution witnesses. Separate
statement of Ld. Chief PP for State recorded in this regard.
Death verification report in respect of PW Insp.
M.K. Johari alongwith copy of his death certificate received.
Keeping in view the aforesaid, name of PW Insp. M.K. Johari be
deleted from the list of prosecution witnesses.

IO/Insp. Rajesh Shah is absent despite service of
summons. However, request for exemption received on his behalf
on the ground that due to protest of advocates in the court
premises at Dwarka, he is unable to appear in the court today. He
is directed to bring the laptop on the next date of hearing also.
No other witness is present except MHC(M).
Re-notify the matter for PE on 03.04.2025.
PW-17 Sh. Tanter Pal Singh be also summoned for
next date of hearing.
