MHC(M) Ct. Kishore PS Civil Lines is present with case
property.
The case property i.e. one yellow colour sealed envelope duly
sealed with five seals of “Dr.C.P. SINGH, FSL, DELHI” and having particulars of
FSL-2011/P-4276/Phy156/11, Parcel-1 – Exhibit 1+OPC and particulars of
present case FIR, as produced by MHC(M) has been de-sealed.
On opening, it is found containing one cut envelope bearing
particulars of FSL-2010/P-3928/Phy177/10 and particulars of present case FIR
alongwith one CD make AMKETTE on which with red ink there is mention of FSL
No. FSL-2010/P-3928/Phy177/10 and Exh.-1 and also mention of FSL No. FSL-
2011/P-4276/Phy156/11, Exhibit -1 and with black ink there is mention of
particulars of present case FIR and Exhibit-R-1, in a plastic CD case. The CD is
played on the laptop brought by the IO.
On opening, the CD is found containing one file bearing name
“dt.27.03.10”. On opening of the file one file folder with the name “voice” is
opened which on further opening is containing a WAV file with the name of
“MICR0007 of 9954KB” and it contains voice recording.
Again on opening the file bearing name “dt.27.03.10” with VLC
media player, played one video file starts on which date is showing 08.01.1980
and the name of video is showing as “1980-01-08 19-14-53.avi”.
Audio-video recording seen, heard and perused.
After perusal of the file, case property is resealed with the court
seal and returned back to the MHC(M).

After hearing submissions on behalf of Ld. Addl. PP for state and
considering the material available on record. The court take cognizance for
offence punishable U/s 7/8/12/13 Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 r/w Section
120-B IPC against the accused Sandeep Singh and Ashwin Kumar. Hence, the
accused Sandeep Singh and Ashwin Kumar be summoned for 28.10.2021.
