PW-11 SI Manish and PW-12 ASI Ram Kumar
examined, cross-examined and discharged.
PW-10 Ms. Preeti Gupta is present but discharged
unexamined at the request of Ld. Counsel for accused Sandeep Singh
on the ground that main counsel Sh. Harsh K. Sharma is not available
today on account of his ill health.
On 30.10.2023 also a request for adjournment was made
on behalf of counsel for accused Sandeep Singh and a request for
adjournment is again made today. The request is allowed subject to
payment of cost of Rs.1500/- to be deposited in DLSA by accused.
She be summoned again for next date of hearing.
No other witness is present except MHC(M).
PW Sh. Ishwar Singh, MHC(M) absent despite service
of summons. However, request is received on his behalf on the
ground that he is not well and therefore he is unable to appear in the
court today.
Renotify the matter for PE on 06.03.2024.
Let witnesses mentioned at serial no. 3 be also
summoned for next date of hearing.
