PW1 Retired SI Ramesh Kumar examined and discharged. No
other witness is present.
Sh. Rajender Singh, Ld. Counsel for the complainant has filed
an application seeking exemption from personal appearance on behalf of the
complainant. It is stated that wife of the complainant has undergone a major
heart surgery a month ago and as such he is unable to appear in the court
today. It is further stated that it will take some time by the wife of the
complainant who is also a witness to recover completely. In view of the
submissions, exemption of witness Neeraj Gupta is allowed for today.
Put up for remaining PE on 13.12.2022.
Let witnesses mentioned at serial no. 14, 15, and 16 in the list
of prosecution witnesses be summoned for next date of hearing.
