In view of Order No. 569/RG/DHC/2021 dated 19.08.2021 of
Hon'ble Delhi High Court to resume the physical hearings in the District Courts
in Delhi in graded manner physically on alternate working day, and pursuant to
the roster prepared vide Order no. Power Gaz/RACC/2021/ 18474-18559-C
dated 21.08.2021 of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge-Cum, Special
Judge (PC Act) (CBI), Rouse Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi, the present
matter is taken up physically in the Court.

This is a fresh charge sheet received in the court against the two
accused persons Sandip Singh and Avnish Kumar.
Purusal of charge sheet reveals that, when the undersigned was
posted as ACMM, Special Act, Central District, Delhi, on 22.02.2010 in some
Sarfaesi matter, one of the accused namely Sandip Singh who was an advocate
was appointed as receiver regarding the attachment of property of borrower and
there are allegations against the advocate working as Receiver that he extorted
some money from the person whose property was to be attached.
In this view of the matter, it would be inappropriate that this matter
should be tried by this court and therefore, it is ordered that file be placed before
the Ld. Principle District & Sessions Judge, Rouse Avenue Court, Delhi for
28.08.2021 with a request to mark the same to some other court of competent
jurisdiction.
IO is directed to appear before the Ld. Principle District &
Sessions Judge, Rouse Avenue Court, Delhi on that day.
