PW-25 ACP (Retd.) Dr. Rohtash Kumar, who is recalled
in terms of order dated 11.04.2026, is present. He has been cross-
examined on behalf of A-1 and discharged.
PW-25 submits that he does not want any diet money to
be paid by accused no. 1.
PW-27 Insp. Rajesh Kumar Sah examined in chief,
cross-examined and discharged.
Ld. Chief PP for State submits that all the material
prosecution witnesses in the present case have been examined and he
does not with to examine any other witness. His statement in this
regard has also been recorded separately.
In view of the aforesaid submissions made and separate
statement of Ld. Chief PP for State, PE is hereby closed.
In view of above, the next date of 05.06.2026 already
fixed, is hereby cancelled with the joint consent of both the sides.
Put up on 11.07.2026 at 12:00 noon for recording
