PW-8 Sh. Manoj Singh examined, cross-examined
and discharged. No other witness is present.
Request is received on behalf of witness Ct. Suresh
Kumar that he is deputed in G-20 Summit arrangements duty and
therefore, cannot appear in the court today. Witness Ms. Preeti
Gupta absent despite service of summons. However, Sh. Rajinder
Singh, Ld. counsel for witness Ms. Preeti Gupta joined through
VC and submitted that she is not well today and therefore, unable
to appear in the court today.
An application U/s 311 Cr.P.C. for recalling PW-7
Sh. Neeraj Gupta for his cross-examination moved on behalf of
accused Awnish Kumar. Let notice of this application be issued
to State for next date of hearing.
Now to come up for PE as well as for consideration
of the aforesaid application, on 30.10.2023. Witnesses mentioned
at serial no. 2, 18 and 24 in the list of prosecution witnesses be
summoned for next date of hearing.
