Delhi High Court to resume the physical hearings in the District Courts in Delhi
in graded manner physically on alternate working day, and pursuant to the
roster prepared vide Order no. Power Gaz/RACC/2021/ 18474-18559-C dated
21.08.2021 of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge-Cum, Special Judge (PC
Act) (CBI), Rouse Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi, the present matter is
taken up physically in the Court.

A2 Rajender is present on anticipatory bail with Counsel Sh. K.

An application for regular bail on behalf of A2 Rajender is filed.
Since investigation is complete and the chargesheet has been filed
and also co-accused is on bail, accused Rajender is also admitted to bail upon
furnishing personal bond / surety bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one
surety in the like amount. Bonds tendered, accepted till the next date of
hearing.
Copies be supplied to both the accused.
