Yesterday, Sh. Sanjay Suri, Ld. Advocate for the accused, Sh.
Dinesh Kumar had appeared at 03:40 pm and submitted that on account of ill
health of his motherinlaw, he needs to urgently go to Ambala, Haryana. In
pursuance of the said request, the proxy Advocate for the accused, Sh. Dinesh
Kumar has today filed an application for adjournment. In view of the ground urged
in the application, the said application is allowed with a clear rider that on the next
date, no request for adjournment will be entertained. Let the witness, PW11
Inspector Satyender Vashisht, who is present today, be now summoned for
crossexamination on behalf of both the accused, on 29.01.2024. At request of
the proxy Advocate for the accused, Sh. Dinesh Kumar, the date is changed to
31.01.2024.
