In this matter besides the four investigating officers mentioned
at Sr. No. 17 to 20 in the list of witnesses, there are few other witnesses
remaining to be examined. However, it is noticed that those remaining
witnesses besides the investigating officers will be unnecessary and
repetitive witnesses. The witness mentioned at Sr. No. 6 is unnecessary as
the Registers concerned have already been proved in the evidence of SDM.
The witnesses mentioned at Sr. No. 9,10, 13 to 15 are also repetitive
witnesses and there is no point in examining unnecessary repetitive
witnesses on the same point.
Accordingly, for the time being the witnesses mentioned at Sr.
No. 17 to 20 only be examined and therefore list this matter for examination
of the Investigating officers only.
