Four separate applications i.e. (i) application for
providing list of unrelied upon documents collected during
investigation and list of unrelied upon statements u/s 161 Cr.P.C. of
witnesses (I.A. No. 01/26); (ii) application for supply of deficient and
illegible copies of statements and documents alongwith affidavit (I.A.
No. 02/26); (iii) application for supply of clone copies alongwith
affidavit (I.A. No. 03/26); and (iv) application for seeking
clarifications alongwith affidavit (I.A. No. 04/26), filed by
applicant/accused Satbir Singh, are received from Bail & Filing
Section, RACC, New Delhi.
Having heard the submissions made on behalf of
applicant/accused, issue notice of all the aforesaid applications to State.
Sh. Pramod Kumar, Ld. PP has accepted notice of all the
four applications on behalf of State.
Let copies of all the four applications be supplied to
State today itself and detailed reply thereto, be filed by next date of
hearing.
Put up on the date already fixed i.e. 17.10.2026 for
replies and arguments on all the aforesaid applications.
