The present matter is taken up today through video conferencing pursuant
to Office Order No. 869/RG/DHC/2021 dated 30th December 2021 of Hon'ble
High Court of Delhi, New Delhi, in view of the sudden spurt and spike in Covid-
19 cases in the NCT of Delhi and issuance of ‘yellow alert’ in Delhi by GNCTD,
endorsed vide No. Power Gaz/RACC/2021/31531-31616 dated 31.12.2021 of Ld.
Principal District & Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI), Rouse
Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi.
Present (through Video conference):
: Sh. Zenul Abedeen, Ld. Chief Prosecutor for the state.
: IO Praveen Saroha.
: A1 Raj Kumar is present on bail along with Counsel Sh. Lakshay
Parashar.
: A2 Sunil Kumar is present on bail along with Counsel Sh. Saurabh
Kansal.
: A3 Ct. Rajesh Kumar and A4 Ct. Mannu Rana are present on bail with
Counsel Sh. Rahul Ranjan.
On behalf of accused Raj Kumar, already an application U/s 207 Cr.P.C
is on record.
On behalf of accused Rajesh Kumar and accused Manu Rana, application
U/s 207 Cr.P.C has been preferred after the last date of hearing, which is also on
record.
It is noticed that one of the Counsels representing one of the accused in
this matter is also representing a personal Land Acquisition matter of father and
other relatives of the undersigned in Hon’ble Supreme Court. Therefore, the
undersigned do not wish to try this matter.

The file is directed to be put up before Ld. Principal District & Sessions
Judge Cum Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI), Rouse Avenue District Courts, New
Delhi with a request to transfer this matter to some other Court of competent
jurisdiction.
All the Counsels and accused are directed to appear before Ld.
Principal District & Sessions Judge Cum Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI),
Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi on 21.01.2022.
Ahlmad is directed to send the file complete in all respects.
A copy of this order be sent to the Ld. Prosecutor; accused persons and
their Counsels; as well as to the IO through e-mail/WhatsApp. A copy of this order
