examined in chief, cross-examined and discharged.
Summons issued to PW namely SI Bijender Singh
has been received back with report that he has expired on
17.06.2019. Copy of his verified death certificate and statement
of his son Sh. Vijay Singh are also annexed with the summons.
Having gone through the aforesaid report and
keeping in view the verified copy of death certificate annexed
therewith, Court is satisfied that PW SI Bijender Singh has
expired. Consequently, he is dropped from the list of witnesses.
Put up on 15.09.2026 and 16.09.2026 for remaining
PE.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 1, 46 & 48 in the
list of prosecution witnesses be summoned for 15.09.2026.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 49 to 52 in the
list of prosecution witnesses be summoned for 16.09.2026.

the said dates.
Insp. Praveen Kumar is present but discharged
unexamined being IO of the case. However, IO is bound down on
request of Ld. PP for State, for his assistance for both the said
