Sh. Ranjeet Singh, Ld. counsels for accused Raj
Kumar (A-1).
Sh. Suraj Kumar Jha, Ld. Counsel for accused Sunil
Kumar (A-2).
Sh. Sanjeev Bhardwaj, Sh. Rohit Nagar and
Ms. Muskan Sharma, Ld. Counsels for accused
Rajesh Kumar (A-3) and Manu Rana (A-4).
PW-14 Insp. Bineet Kumar Pandey and PW-15 Insp.
Rajendra Singh examined in chief, cross-examined and
discharged.
Summons issued to PW namely Sh. Sanjay Sharma
has been received back with report that he has expired on
26.10.2022. Copy of his verified death certificate and statement
of his wife namely Ms. Indu Sharma, are also annexed with the
summons.
Having gone through the aforesaid report and
keeping in view the verified copy of death certificate annexed
therewith, Court is satisfied that PW Sh. Sanjay Sharma has
expired. Consequently, he is dropped from the list of witnesses.
IO/Insp. Praveen Saroha is not present. However, his
written request seeking exemption from personal appearance has
been received, stating therein that he is suffering from severe
stomach disorder and therefore, he is not in a position to appear

before the Court today. For the reasons stated therein, he is
personally exempted for today.
Put up on 08.07.2026 & 15.07.2026 for remaining
PE.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 1 (PW-13), 39 &
40 in the list of prosecution witnesses be summoned for
08.07.2026.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 41, 42, 45 & 47
in the list of prosecution witnesses be summoned for 15.07.2026.
MHC(M) with complete case property be also called
for both the said dates.
On request of Ld. Chief PP for State, IO namely
Insp. Praveen Kumar be called through notice for his assistance
for the said dates.
Dates are given as per convenience of Ld. Counsels
for accused persons.
