All the four accused persons on bail, are present.
Ms. Kashish Jain, Proxy counsel for accused Raj
Kumar (A-1).
Sh. Suraj Kumar Jha, Ld. Counsel for accused Sunil
Kumar (A-2).
Sh. Sanjeev Bhardwaj, Sh. Tanuj Juyal and Ms.
Muskan Sharma, Ld. Counsels for accused Rajesh
Kumar (A-3) and Manu Rana (A-4).
No witness is present today.
Summons issued to PWs namely Sh. Rajan Jayant and
Ct. Sombir have been received back with reports that they have
already expired on 07.03.2024 and 23.02.2012 respectively.
Copies of their duly verified Death Certificates have also been
annexed with their respective summons.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
names of both the aforesaid witnesses are dropped from the list of
prosecution witnesses.
Summons issued to PW ASI Manoj Kumar received
back duly served. However, his request seeking exemption from
personal appearance has been mentioned on the backside of
summons itself stating that due to his daughter’s marriage today
i.e. on 05.02.2026, he is unable to appear in the Court today. Copy
of first page of marriage card of his daughter is also annexed with
the summons. For the reasons stated therein, he is personally
exempted for today.

IO/Insp. Praveen Kumar and PW Insp. Rajender
Singh are absent despite service. However, their written requests
seeking exemption from personal appearance have been received.
For the reasons stated therein, they are personally exempted for
today.
Put up on 09.04.2026 and 16.04.2026 for remaining
PE.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 1, 28 & 29 in the
list of prosecution witnesses be summoned for 09.04.2026.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 2, 43 & 44 in the
list of prosecution witnesses be summoned for 16.04.2026.
On request of Ld. Chief PP for State, IO/Insp. Praveen
Kumar be called through notice for his assistance for both dates.
MHC(M) be also called for both the said dates with
complete case property.
