An application for placing on record the report of
departmental enquiry of accused Sunil Kumar alongwith the
order of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi passed in Criminal M.C.
1346/2022 was filed on behalf of accused Sunil Kumar, copy of
which was supplied to Ld. Addl. PP for State in advance.
Ld. Defence counsel for accused Sunil Kumar
submits that the Hon’ble High Court vide order dated 14.12.2022
in the aforesaid Criminal M.C. petition has directed to take on
record the report of departmental enquiry file of petitioner and to
examine it during the arguments on the charge.
Ld. Addl. PP for State prays for adjournment as he
needs assistance of IO for addressing arguments on the point of
charge qua accused Sunil Kumar.
At request of Ld. Addl. PP for State, let IO/Insp.
Parveen Saroha be summoned for next date of hearing.
