the order dated 08.03.2022 and the said petition is listed for 05.08.2022 before the
Hon’ble High Court. Admittedly, there is no stay of the proceedings before the
trial court.
Ld. Counsel for accused no. 3 and 4 has also stated that he has filed
quashing petition before the Hon’ble High Court which is likely to be listed on
28.04.2022.
