Sh. Suraj Kumar Jha, Ld. Counsel for accused Sunil
Kumar (A-2).
Sh. Sanjeev Bhardwaj, Sh. Bharat Sharma,
Ms.Muskan Sharma and Sh. Tanuj Juyal, Ld.
Counsels for accused Rajesh Kumar (A-3) and Manu
Rana (A-4).
PW-20 Sh. Sunil Kohli and PW-22 Sh. Ajay Tiwari
examined in chief, cross-examined and discharged.
PW-21 SI Omvir Singh partly examined in chief, his
further examination in chief of this witness is deferred for want
of original Challan Register and Road Certificates.
PW SI Rajender (the then HC) is present, but
discharged unexamined on the request of Ld. Substitute Addl. PP
for State on the ground that the said witness has not brought the
original Challan Register and Road Certificates of Tilak Nagar
Traffic Circle.
Put up on 15.12.2026 and 16.12.2026 for remaining
PE.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 50 (PW-21), 53
and 55 in the list of prosecution witnesses be summoned for
15.12.2026. Also, issue summons to concerned Traffic Inspector

of Rajouri Garden Traffic Circle, with direction to produce the
original Challan Register and Road Certificates, as per their
relevant details to be mentioned therein, for 15.12.2026.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 48, 49 and 54 in
the list of prosecution witnesses be summoned for 16.12.2026.
Also, issue summons to concerned Traffic Inspector of Tilak
Nagar Traffic Circle, with direction to produce the original
Challan Register and Road Certificates, as per their relevant
details to be mentioned therein, for 16.12.2026.
