PW-13 Sh. Varun Rana further partly cross-examined on
behalf of State, his further cross-examination is deferred on request of
Ld. PP for State on the ground that he requires assistance of Ist IO
namely Insp. M.C. Meena.
PW-19 ASI (Retd.) Joginder examined in chief, cross-
examined and discharged.
PW namely ACP (Retd.) Sanjeev Tyagi is not present
today despite service. However, he has sent his written request, on
whatsapp through Naib Court, seeking exemption from his personal
appearance on the ground that he is out of station at Village
Bhatsyana, Garhmukteshwar, U.P., due to which he is not in a position
to appear before the Court today. For the reasons stated therein, he is
personally exempted for today.
Insp. Praveen Saroha is present but discharged
unexamined being IO of the case.
Put up on the date already fixed i.e. 16.09.2026 for
remaining PE.
