An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance has been moved by Ld. Counsel for accused Manu
Rana stating that he is unable to appear before the court today due
to his ill health. Ld. Counsel for accused Manu Rana has
submitted that he has no objection if evidence is recorded in his
absence and he will not dispute identity of accused Manu Rana
during the course of recording evidence.
Heard. Exemption application is allowed for today
only.
PW-3 Retired (VRS) ASI Sh. E. Dinesh Kumar
examined in chief, cross-examined and discharged.
No other witness is present except MHC(M).
PW ASI Yogesh Kumar is absent despite service of
summons. However, request for exemption received on his behalf
through Naib Court. He be summoned again for next date of
hearing.
Re-notify the matter for PE on 29.05.2025.
